Access the subscription form here. You will need to be registered and signed into GPnotebook to access the page.

What happens at the end of my discounted period?
After the discounted period, your subscription will automatically renew at the usual price. For example, if you received your first year of Pro for a discounted price, when the subscription renews for the second year, you will be charged the usual price of £71.88 for an annual subscription unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the first year.
How do I cancel my subscription during the discounted period to prevent it renewing at the normal price?
At any time during the discounted period of the subscription, visit the "Subscription details" page in the "My account" area of GPnotebook to cancel your subscription before it renews at the usual price.
Can I redeem a promo code for an annual subscription against a monthly subscription, or vice versa?
No – promo codes for annual subscriptions apply to the annual subscription only, and vice versa.
I already have a paid subscription to GPnotebook Pro – can I redeem the code as money back instead?
No – only customers starting new subscriptions are eligible for promotional offers.
