Why can't I log in?

There are several reasons why you might be experiencing difficulties with logging in. In the first instance, please check the following steps:

  1. Have you previously created an account with GPnotebook?
    • If you have not previously created an account on GPnotebook, then you first need to create one before you can log in.
    • You can create an account by navigating to the GPnotebook homepage and pressing the "Register" button.
  2. If you have recently created your account, have you verified your email address?
    • After completing the registration form, you should see a message indicating that your account has been successfully created and that an email with a verification link has been sent to your email address to verify your account.
    • Clicking the verification link in the email will verify your account and you should see the following message inviting you to log in:
    • If you did not receive the verification email within 5–10 minutes of creating your account, or if you need a new verification email, you can request one at: https://users.om-systems.net/verify/resend
  3. Have you forgotten your password?
    • If you are trying to log in with the incorrect password, you will see the following error message:
    • You can reset your password by following the steps outlined in the "How do I reset my password?" article linked below.
  4. Are you trying to log in via Univadis?
    • You can no longer log in to GPnotebook via Univadis.
    • Please see the article linked below entitled "Can I still use Univadis to access GPnotebook?"
  5. If you have previously created an account and are now not able to log in, have you tried using an "Incognito" window or similar?
