Why can't I create an account?

If you are not able to register for a new account, there are two things to check before contacting us:

1. Do you already have an account?

  • If you find that you cannot proceed past the first page of the site registration form, the most common reason is that your email address is associated with an account that already exists.
  • In this instance, you will need to visit the "Log in" form instead (the log in form also allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it).

2. Are you using Internet Explorer?

  • We are also aware of a bug that may prevent Internet Explorer users from proceeding past the first page of the registration form. 
  • In this instance, we recommend trying to create an account using a more modern browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge
