Why can't I sign into GPnotebook TV?

Some of the videos on GPnotebook TV are marked "Pro". Access to these Pro videos requires a subscription to GPnotebook Pro. The first 6 months of GPnotebook Pro are free, and you can find out more and create an account here: https://gpnotebook.com/en-gb/pro.

If you are receiving an error message when you attempt to sign into GPnotebook TV, then there are several things you can check to resolve the issue:

  • Have you signed up to GPnotebook Pro? Only Pro users can sign into GPnotebook TV to track their video consumption. You will need to create a Pro account here: https://gpnotebook.com/en-gb/pro
  • Are you using the correct sign in details? If you are a Pro user, but you have multiple accounts with GPnotebook (e.g., one associated with your work email address and one associated with a personal email address), please ensure you are trying to sign in using the account details for the Pro account.

If you are still having difficulties, then please do the following:

  1. Visit https://gpnotebook.com
  2. Sign out of your account
  3. Sign back in again
  4. Now attempt signing into GPnotebook TV again.
